Baked Potato Soup
I had to throw something quick together for dinner and had some potatoes in the cabinet, so this is what we ate. My husband has to have a sandwich to go with it, but for me this is all I need. I need to put together a recipe card and will post it later. It is really worth a try. I have tried a few different ones and this one is the one I seem to come back too. Green onions really made this dish a winner, but I was out. It was still really good.
